Michael Rosen is a Human Factors Psychologist at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Rosen’s research in teamwork, patient safety, simulation-based training, and related topics has been published in peer review journals in a variety of fields. He is currently exploring behavioral markers of clinical team performance, team feedback strategies, and the development of methods and models for understanding unit safety needs. Dr. Rosen earned a Ph.D. in Applied Experimental and Human Factors Psychology from the University of Central Florida and worked on patient safety initiatives at the Department of Defense before joining Johns Hopkins.
